Al-Qur'aan: If you divorce before and after leaving them, and have appointed a Mahar, then you will have to pay half a month.

Bismillahir rhamanirrahim ---------- ✦ Al Quran : And if you divorce them before you have touched (had a sexual relation with) them, and you have appointed unto them the Mahr (bridal-money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage), then pay half of that (Mahr), unless they (the women) agree to forego it, or he (the husband), in whose hands is the marriage tie, agrees to forego and give her full appointed Mahr. And to forego and give (her the full Mahr) is nearer to At-Taqwa (piety, righteousness). And do not forget liberality between yourselves. Truly, Allah is All-Seer of what you do. Surah Baqarah (2), 237

Dua for the acceptance of your Good Deeds

-------------  ✦ Dua for the acceptance of your Good Deeds -------- رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ -------- Rabbana Taqabbal Minna Innaka Antas-Sameeul Alim -------- وَإِذْ يَرْفَعُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ الْقَوَاعِدَ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ -------- ✦ And (remember) when Ibrahim (Abraham) and (his son) Isma'il (Ishmael) were raising the foundations of the House (the Ka'bah at Makkah), (saying), "Our RABB ! Accept (this deed) from us. Verily! You are the All-Hearer, the All-Knower." Al Quran Surah Baqara(2), 127

Our Lord! Punish us not if we forget or fall into error, our Lord!

Image
------------------------- Our Lord! Punish us not if we forget or fall into error, our Lord! Lay not on us a burden like that which You did lay on those before us (Jews and Christians); our Lord! Put not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Pardon us and grant us Forgiveness. Have mercy on us. You are our Maula (Patron, Supporter and Protector, etc.) and give us victory over the disbelieving people. "  ✦ Ibn Abbas Radi allahu anhu reported that while Gabriel was sitting with the Apostle Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam he heard a creaking sound above him. He lifted his head and said: This As a gate opened in heaven today which had never been opened before . Then when an angel descended through it, he said: This is an angel who came down to the earth who had-never come down before. He greeted and said: Rejoice in two lights given to you which have not been given to any prophet before you: Fatihat al-Kitab (Surah fatiha) and the concluding vers...

ALLAH brings the sun from the east; then bring it you from the west

Image
✦ Al Quran :Verily ! ALLAH brings the sun from the east; then bring it you from the west ------------------- ✦ Have you not looked at him who disputed with Ibrahim (alaihi salam) about his Lord (ALLAH), because ALLAH had given him the kingdom? When Ibrahim (alaihi salam) said (to him): "My Lord (ALLAH) is He Who gives life and causes death." He said, "I give life and cause death." Ibrahim (alaihi salam) said, "Verily! ALLAH brings the sun from the east; then you bring it you from the west." So the disbeliever was utterly defeated. And ALLAH guides not the people, who are Zalimun (wrong-doers). Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #258

Al Quran, Surah Al-Baqara

Al Quran : O you who believe! Al-Qisas (the Law of Equality in punishment) is prescribed for you in case of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. But if the killer is forgiven by the brother (or the relatives, etc.) of the killed against blood-money, then adhering to it with fairness and payment of the blood-money to the heir should be made in fairness. This is an alleviation and a mercy from your Lord. So after this whoever transgresses the limits (i.e. kills the killer after taking the blood-money), he shall have a painful torment. And there is (a saving of) life for you in Al-Qisas (the Law of Equality in punishment), O men of understanding, that you may restrain yourselves. Al Quran, Surah Al-Baqara (2), Verse #178-179

Then woe to those who write the Book

Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands and then say, "This is from Allah," to purchase with it a little price! Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for that they earn thereby.  {AL Quran , Surah Al-Baqarah (2) , 79} It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:"The Messenger of Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam said: 'Whoever is given a Fatwa (verdict) that has no basis, then his sin will be upon the one who issued that Fatwa.'" {Sunan Ibn Majah : Vol. 1, Book 1, Hadith 53 Hasan}
