--------- अल कुरान : अल्लाह सुबहानहु तुम्हारी औलाद के बारे में तुमको हुक्म देता है की  ✦ एक लड़के का हिस्सा दो लड़कियों के बराबर है ✦ और अगर मय्यत के सिर्फ़ लड़कियां हो दो या दो से ज़्यादा तो कुल तरके (विरासत) में से उनका दो तिहाई (2 /3 यानी 66.66%) हिस्सा होगा ✦ और अगर सिर्फ़ एक लड़की हो तो उसका हिस्सा आधा (1/2 यानी 50%) होगा , ✦ और मय्यत के माँ बाप का यानी दोनो में हर एक का तरके (विरासत) में से छठा हिस्सा (1/6 यानी 16.66%) होगा बशर्त की मय्यत के औलाद हो. ✦ और अगर औलाद ना हो और सिर्फ़ मा बाप ही उसके वारिस  हो तो माँ का हिस्सा  एक तिहाई (1/3 यानी 33.33%) होगा ✦ और अगर मय्यत के भाई भी हो तो माँ को छटा हिस्सा (1/6 यानी 16.66%) दिया जाएगा. ✦ और ये तक़सीम मय्यत की वसीयत (की तामील) के बाद जो उसने की हो या क़र्ज़ (की अदाईगी) के बाद होगी. ✦ तुमको मालूम नही की तुम्हारे बाप (दादाओं) और बेटों (पोतों) में से कौन तुम्हे ज़्यादा फ़ायदा पहुचाने वाला है  ✦ ये हिस्से अल्लाह सुबहानहु के मुक़र्रर किए हुए हैं और अल्लाह सब कुछ जानने वाला और हिकमत वाला है अल क़ुरान सुरह अन निसा (4),

---------- Al Quran : Allah Subhanhu commands you as regards your children's (inheritance) ✦ To the male, a portion equal to that of two females;  ✦ If (there are) only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds (2/3 or 66.66%) of the inheritance; ✦ If only one, her share is a half. (1/2 or 50%) ✦ For parents, a sixth share (1/6 or 16.66%) of inheritance to each if the deceased left children; ✦ If no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; (1/3 or 33.33%) ✦ If the deceased left brothers (or sisters), the mother has a sixth. ✦ (The distribution in all cases is) after the payment of legacies he may have bequeathed or (after paying) debts. ✦ You know not which of them, whether your parents or your children, are nearest to you in benefit;  ✦ (these fixed shares) are ordained by Allah Subhanhu. ✦ If you will hold the Book of Allah and the Sunna of His Prophet you will not go the wrong way --------------- ✦ Narrated by Imam Malik that the Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said, I have left two matters with you. As long as you hold to them, you will not go the wrong way. They are the Book of Allah and the Sunna of His Prophet. Malik Muwatta, Book 46, Hadith 3-Sahih ✦ The Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said I am leaving among you two weighty things: the one being the Book of Allah in which there is right guidance and light, so hold fast to the Book of Allah and adhere to it. He exhorted (us) (to hold fast) to the Book of Allah and then said: The second are the members of my household (Ahl-e-bait) I remind you (of your duties) to the members of my family.  Sahih Muslim, Book 31, 5920

✦ ईमाम मलिक से रिवायत है की रसूल-अल्लाह सल-अल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फरमाया मैं तुम में दो चीज़े छोड़ कर जा रहा हूँ जब तक तुम इसको पकड़े रहोगे गुमराह नही होंगे एक अल्लाह सुबहानहु की किताब और दूसरा उसके नबी ﷺ की सुन्नत. मलिक मूवत्ता, 2163-सही ✦ रसूल-अल्लाह सल-अल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फरमाया मैं तुम्हारे बीच दो भारी चीज़ें छोड़ कर जा रहा हु एक तो अल्लाह की किताब है जिसमें हिदायत और नूर है तो अल्लाह की किताब को थामे रहो और इसको मज़बूती से पकड़े रहो और दूसरी चीज़ मेरे अहल-ए-बैत हैं मैं अल्लाह की याद दिलाता हूँ तुम्हे मेरे अहल-ए-बैत के मुताल्लिक़ सही मुस्लिम, जिल्द 6 , 6225 -----------------

امام مالک سے روایت ہے کی رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا میں تم میں دو چیزیں چھوڑ کر جا رہا جب تک تم اس کو پکڑے رہوگے گمراہ نہیں ہونگے ایک الله سبحانه کی کتاب اور دوسری اسکے نبی ﷺ کی سنّت  موطأ الإمام مالك ٢١٦٣-صحیح  رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا ۔ میں تم میں دو بھاری چیزیں چھوڑے جاتا ہوں ۔ پہلے تو اللہ کی کتاب ہے اور اس میں ہدایت ہے اور نور ہے ۔ تو اللہ کی کتاب کو تھامے رہو اور اس کو مضبوط پکڑے رہو ۔ پھر فرمایا کہ دوسری چیز میرے اہل بیت ہیں ۔ میں تمہیں اپنے اہل بیت کے بارے میں اللہ کی یاد دلاتا ہوں صحیح مسلم جلد ٦ حدیث ٦٢٢٥   ---------------

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim ✦ Allah subhanahu ki kitab aur Nabee ﷺ ki sunnat par chalne wala kabhi gumrah nahi hoga -------------- ✦ Imam Malik se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya main tum mein do cheezein chorh kar ja raha hu jab tak tum isko pakde rahoge gumrah nahi honge ek Allah subhanahu ki kitab aur dusra uske Nabee ﷺ ki sunnat Malik Muwatta, 2163-Sahih ✦ Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya main tumhare beech do bhari cheezein chorh kar ja raha hu ek to Allah ki kitab hai jismein hidayat aur noor hai to Allah ki kitab ko thame raho aur isko mazbuti se pakde raho aur dusri cheez mere ahl-e-bait hain ,main Allah ki yaad dilata hu tumhe mere ahl-e-bait ke mutalliq   Sahih Muslim, Vol 6 , 6225 ---------------

✦ Dua upon Sneezing  ---------- ✦ Narrated Abu Huraira Radhi Allahu Anhu : The Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said, " If anyone of you sneezes, he should say 'Al-Hamdulillah' (Praise be to ALLAH), and his (Muslim) brother or companion should say to him, Yarhamukallah (May ALLAH bestow his Mercy on you). When the latter says 'Yarhamukallah", the former should say, 'Yahdikumullah wa Yuslihu balakum' (May ALLAH give you guidance and improve your condition)."  Sahih Bukhari, Book 73, 243 __._,_.___

✦ अबू हुरैरा रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु से रिवायत है की रसूल-अल्लाह सल-अल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फरमाया तुम में से किसी को छींक आए तो अलहम्दुलिल्लाह (तमाम तारीफें अल्लाह के लिए है) कहे और उसका भाई या उसका साथी यरहामुकल्लाह (अल्लाह तुम पर रहम करे) कहे, जब साथी यर हा मुकल्लाह कहे तो उसके जवाब में छींकने वाला फिर से ये कहे यहदिकुमुल्लाह वा यूस्लिहु बालकूम (यानी अल्लाह तुम्हे सीधे रास्ते पर रखे और तुम्हारे हालत दुरस्त करे) सही बुखारी, जिल्द 7, 6224

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جب تم میں سے کوئی چھینکے تو الحمدللہ کہے اور اس کا بھائی یا اس کا ساتھی یرحمک اللہ کہے ۔ جب ساتھی یرحمک اللہ کہے تو اس کے جواب میں چھینکنے والا  یھدیکم اللہ ویصلح بالکم صحیح بخاری، جلد ٧، ٦٢٢٤
