Bismillahir rhamanirrahim ------------- ✦ The sunnah way of giving Divorce ✦  ----------- ✦ It was narrated from Abdullah Radi Allahu Anhu that he said The Sunnah divorce is a divorce issued when she is pure (not menstruating) without having had  intercourse with her. If she menstruates and becomes pure again, give her another divorce, and if she menstruates and becomes pure again, give her another  divorce, then after that, she should wait for another menstrual cycle." (One of the narrators) Al-A'mash said: "I asked Ibrahim, and he said something  similar. Bismillahirrhamanirrahim ✦ Al Quran : Agar tum aurto ko unke pass jane se pahle talaq de do aur mahar muqarrar kar cuke ho to aadha mahar dena hoga , haa agar aurtein mahar bakhs de ya mard jinke haath mein nikah ka aqad hai (apna haq) chorh de (aur pura mahar de to unko ikhtiyar hai)Aur mard log apna haq chorh de to ye unke liye parhezgari ki baat hai aur aapas   mein bhalayee karne ko faramosh n a karna beshak Allah tumhare sab kaamo ko dekh raha hai Surah Baqara (2), 237 ----------

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم ---------- ور اگر تم عورتوں کو ان کے پاس جانے سے پہلے طلاق دے دو لیکن مہر مقرر کرچکے ہو تو آدھا مہر دینا ہوگا۔ ہاں اگر عورتیں مہر بخش دیں یا مرد جن کے ہاتھ میں عقد نکاح ہے (اپنا حق) چھوڑ دیں۔ (اور پورا مہر دے دیں تو ان کو اختیار ہے) اور اگر تم مرد لوگ ہ اپنا حق چھوڑ دو تو یہ پرہیزگاری کی بات ہے۔ اور آپس میں بھلائی کرنے کو فراموش نہ کرنا۔ کچھ شک نہیں کہ خدا تمہارے سب کاموں کو دیکھ رہا ہے سورة البقرة (٢) آیت ٢٣٧  ----------

बिस्मिल्लाहिर रहमानिर्रहीम ---------- ✦ अल क़ुरान : अगर तुम औरतो को उनके पास जाने से पहले तलाक़ दे दो और महर मुक़र्रर कर चुके हो तो आधा महर देना होगा , हाँ अगर औरतें महर बखस दे या मर्द जिनके हाथ में निकाह का अक़द है (अपना हक़) छोड दे (और पूरा महर दे तो उनको इखतियार है) और मर्द लोग अपना हक़ छोड दे तो ये उनके लिए परहेज़गारी की बात है और आपस में भलाई करने को फरामोश ना करना बेशक अल्लाह तुम्हारे सब कामो को देख रहा है सुरह बक़रा (2), 237 ----------

Bismillahir rhamanirrahim ---------- ✦ Al Quran : And if you divorce them before you have touched (had a sexual relation with) them, and you have appointed unto them the Mahr (bridal-money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage), then pay half of that (Mahr), unless they (the women) agree to forego it, or he (the husband), in whose hands is the marriage tie, agrees to forego and give her full appointed Mahr. And to forego and give (her the full Mahr) is nearer to At-Taqwa (piety, righteousness). And do not forget liberality between yourselves. Truly, Allah is All-Seer of what you do. Surah Baqarah (2), 237

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim  ✦ Hadith : Khula (talaq) lene wali aurtein munafiq hain -------------  ✦ Soban Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya khula (talaq) lene wali aurtein munafiq hain. Jo aurtein apne shohar se bina kisi wajah se khula (talaq) leti hain wo jannat ki khushbu bhi nahi paa sakegi Jamia Tirmizi, Jild 1 , #1188, 1189-Sahih -------------  

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم -------------   حضرت ثوبان رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: خلع لینے والی عورتیں منافق ہیں جس عورت نے بلا کسی سبب کے اپنے شوہر سے خلع لیا، تو وہ جنت کی خوشبو نہیں پائے گی جامع ترمذی جلد ۱ حدیث ۱۱۸۸,۱۱۸۹ صحیح -------------
